The price applicable to an order is the price shown and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of an obvious technical or typographical error before fulfilment. Taxes, making charges, delivery fees and other applicable charges will be shown before payment where relevant.
4. Orders and payment
An order request is not accepted until payment is successfully confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. Payments are processed by Razorpay and participating banks or payment networks under their terms. Any change, pause or cancellation is subject to the plan details presented at enrolment and applicable law. Gold quantity or value is calculated according to the method disclosed for the selected plan.
6. Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and being available for any identity or signature checks. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, security, customs, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Risk passes as provided by applicable law and the stated delivery process. Please report visible damage, tampering, missing contents or an incorrect item promptly, retaining the packaging and supporting photographs or video.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because precious-metal prices fluctuate and some products may be customised, cancellation or return rights can be limited. Any cancellation, return, replacement or refund is subject to the policy disclosed for the relevant product or plan and applicable consumer law. Do not return a product without contacting us for instructions. Refund timing depends on inspection, approval, the original payment method and banking networks.
